Happiness is the state of inne rejoice that makes us feel alive and balanced; It´s an exitement that produces pleasure and joyness and is a grateful feeling that obliges us to see that brighter more meaningful side of things. It´s an expansive emotion....that needs to be expressed and shared with others.
Nowadays, to find a happy person, willing to smile at people, is to expand a good wave and to plant optimism, it´s not an easy thing, in a world that prevails with long faces from drepessed and bittered people that pleasures themselves on complaining about everything and spend most of their lives foretelling failures and catastrophes.
It´s an abundance of things what makes the mayority of people to be bad-humored, but since the world exists, there have been calamities, mainly due to human conduct: nontheless, man also possess the ability or skill to be happy regardless of the circumstances that he/she might be surrounded by; Because happiness is an attitude, a predisposition to accept reality just as it is and to give ones´s self to it withouth being defensive and with the intention of trying to change it.
There is few happiness because noone dares do cultivate it and because it does not has as much prestige as drama, because serious affairs seem to be of most importance in this world.
Nevermore, happiness speeds the curing process, the hastling scarring of wounds, improvement of relationships, it favors fellowship, it makes us happy and allows us to see the good side of all things no matter what.
